From Syntacks Website


Email to Ticket

  1. You can email the address as listed in the figure 1, service@syntacks.com.au
  2. You can also get the above email from our website -> https://syntacks.com.au
  3. This will create a new ticket in our system and someone will get in touch to assist you


From the website

  1. Go to the URL -> https://syntacks.com.au/
  2. Click on red button in the header to go to our service desk portal.

  3. You can fill the below form and submit to report a new issue. Please USE your work email address for proper tracking of the tickets in reports.
