Share your Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com calendar with people inside your organization.                                      

  1. Go to Calendar menu in Outlook.

  2. Right-click on the calendar and click on Properties or Permissions or Sharing and Permissions (depending on your version of Outlook).

  3. In the Calendar Properties dialog box, click on My Organisation as shown below in figure 1.

  4. Change the permission level to Can view all details or Can view title and location as in figure 2.
