Share your Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com calendar with people inside your organization.                                       
- Go to Calendar menu in Outlook. 
- Right-click on the calendar and click on Properties or Permissions or Sharing and Permissions (depending on your version of Outlook). 
- In the Calendar Properties dialog box, click on My Organisation as shown below in figure 1. 
- Change the permission level to Can view all details or Can view title and location as in figure 2.
